By accessing and using Reveal Once ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reveal Once, governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois.

Description of Service

Reveal Once provides a secure, encrypted platform for sharing sensitive information through self-destructing links. Our service includes:

• End-to-end encrypted secret sharing
• Self-destructing message links
• Optional password protection
• Customizable expiration times
• User account management (optional)

User Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be barred from using the Service under applicable law

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to share legitimate confidential information, such as:

• Business passwords and credentials
• Personal identification information (with consent)
• API keys and authentication tokens
• Confidential business communications
• Legal documents (where legally permissible)

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

Intellectual Property

• The Service and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Reveal Once
• All trademarks, service marks, and logos are our property
• We retain all rights not expressly granted to you

Your Rights

• You retain ownership of content you share through the Service
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service
• This license ends when your content is deleted or expires

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVEAL ONCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
• Any other matter relating to the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reveal Once and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
• Content you share through the Service

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Illegal or harmful use of the Service
• Security concerns
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Illinois for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by:

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.
